About The.  Pipeline Project

Tiffany Whitcomb, the founder of The. Pipeline Project, is a former  New Hampshire CTE Business teacher with a deep passion for both education and the mountain resort industry. During her years of teaching, and after meeting her husband who works in the ski industry, Tiffany became fascinated by the unique opportunities the ski world offers. She realized there was a pressing need for a pipeline of skilled professionals, and recognized that many of her students had no idea how their high school-acquired skills directly aligned with the needs of the mountain resort industry.

After stepping away from teaching to be home with her three daughters, Tiffany saw an opportunity to combine her two passions: skiing and education. This led to the creation of The. Pipeline Project, whose mission is to inspire and educate young minds about the diverse and exciting career opportunities in the mountain industry, fostering a new generation of skilled and passionate professionals.

With her extensive network in both the education and ski industries, Tiffany is uniquely positioned to help bridge the gap between the two, creating pathways for students to enter fulfilling, hands-on careers that they may never have considered before.
